El Cajon Making It Easier for Citizens to Report Issues
The City of El Cajon has made it easier to report concerns. Illegally parked vehicles, streetlight outages, noise complaints, and other issues can be reported through the City’s quick-and-easy online service request application.
To access the request feature, residents can visit the City’s website at www.cityofelcajon.us/service. In addition to the reporting feature, this website includes helpful information, phone numbers, and Frequently Asked Questions. Once an online account is created, residents can create new work requests and check the status of pending requests from either a smart-phone or computer.
City staff monitors requests Monday through Friday during business hours. The service request application is not intended to report emergencies. If you have an emergency, please call 9-1-1. For additional information or if residents prefer to report a service request directly to City staff, they may call (619) 441-1776.
