Members must have expertise and experience in
such fields as real estate, finance, industrial
development, aviation, or other fields related
to the development program for Gillespie Field
and have a demonstrated interest in the economic
viability of the Field. According to the Agreement
between the County and City (Resolution No. 104-74),
three members are appointed by the Board of Supervisors
and are ratified by the City Council. Two members
are appointed by the City Council and ratified
by the Board of Supervisors.
Members file Statements of Economic Interest (Form 700) with the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors.
Meetings are held on the 3rd Tuesday of the month
at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers.
